ORIGIN: Deep in the jungles of West Bengal, India we work with a fair trade women's cooperative in a region that's home to the tradition of kantha embroidery. After sorting and washing cotton vintage saris, artisans painstakingly and skillfully combine the 6 layers of fabric with their running hand stitch. Each quilt takes many days or even weeks to complete. It's truly a wonder to witness the creation of this genuine handmade product!
